- Leading architecture and development of a Workday Extend application for upper leadership talent development and succession planning.
- Took ownership of a Workday Extend performance management application originally built by an external vendor, resolving a backlog of stability issues.
- Built a Workday Prism data source with fi eld-level change detection, streamlining RaaS report setup for teams accessing data across the business.
- Developed a boomerang integration that automatically detects and formats section headers, bullet points, and paragraphs in plain-text job descriptions, automating a process previously done manually by recruiters for hundreds of job postings.
- Created the enterprise-wide talent card report in BIRT, including custom image assets for visual formatting.
Senior Application Development Engineer | September 2019 - November 2021
- Led payroll integration between Workday and Ceridian, architecting Workday Studio integrations on PECI capable of processing 100,000+ transactions within hours during peak merit cycles, including logic to run integrations in parallel to work around Ceridian's API throughput limits.
- Built a suite of M&A data conversion tools, including a validating spreadsheet and a C# application for automated EIB generation, cutting data validation time for a 10,000-employee acquisition from 8+ hours to under 1 hour.

- Led integration development for a benefi ts transition from Workday to WTW, building Workday Studio integrations with transaction logging for precise demographic record tracking.
- Overhauled Workday-to-Taleo integrations, replacing flat-file transfers with web service calls, which surfaced errors through Workday integration notifi cations instead of leaving them buried in Taleo server logs.
- Built integrations supporting contingent workforce processing through Beeline, a managed service provider platform, handling hires, terminations, and related changes.
